What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing proactive support to the Sales Director and sales team
  • Managing databases, prospecting, and following up leads
  • Attending property appointments, inspections, and marketing activities
  • Assisting with advertising campaigns, open homes, and contracts
  • Coordinating with conveyancers, solicitors, and key suppliers
  • Preparing for client meetings and presentations
  • Attending training sessions and development events
  • Delivering professional administration and marketing support
What We're Looking For
  • Professional presentation, punctuality and strong communication
  • Resilience, energy and a positive, "can-do" attitude
  • A team player who adds to a supportive culture
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organisational and forward-thinking skills
  • Agents Representative Certificate or Cert IV in Real Estate Practice (preferred but not essential)
  • Valid driver's licence and a reliable, presentable vehicle
  • National Police Check required

Full-time role (Monday – Saturday).
