- University degree with business degree.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within buying, merchandising, or purchasing.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills Demonstrated reporting and analysis experience.
- SAP experience required.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and administration skills.
- Keen interest in Sporting goods industry.

**YOUR MISSION**:
We have a great opportunity for a Junior Buyer Retail to join the team, covering a period of parental leave.

This role is responsible and accountable for supporting the Retail Merchandise team through buy plan maintenance, purchase order entry & follow up, delivery tracking, communication to key stakeholders.

Other responsibilities include:

- Management & creation of Sales Purchase Orders from buy plan to SAP.
- Manage order negotiation & follow up with key stakeholders.
- Order Tracking & reporting, Buy plan updates.
- Monitor & report on OTB (open to buy) status bi-monthly.
- Monitoring stock and inventory for all retail channels, providing early & delayed delivery recommendations based on trade and inventory levels.
- Assist with the preparation of reports for weekly, monthly and post-seasonal meetings.
- Assisting the Merchandise Buying Team with range category and costing analysis.
- Support with system and administration related functions.
