Hawthorn East, Australia Coles Group Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

We've been trusted to serve Aussie communities since 1914 and grown to become a top 30-listed on the ASX with over 115,000 team members and a portfolio of iconic brands. At Coles Group, you'll not only get to make a difference to millions of Aussie lives—you'll also get to see your impact.

About the team

As one of the biggest brands in Australia, we connect with millions of Australians  each week. Whether it's connecting our customers with relevant content through digital innovation, omni-channel storytelling or impactful advertising that reaches 98% of Australians, our Marketing team play an important role in driving our brand forward, helping Australians eat and live better every day.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key support role within our Property Development team at Coles. As a Property Administration Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in keeping our development projects moving—providing administrative and project coordination support to help bring new stores and major upgrades to life.

It's a fast-paced, varied role that sits at the heart of our property operations, giving you exposure to everything from board papers to site visits. If you're organised, switched on, and eager to grow your career in property, this is your chance to get your foot in the door with one of Australia's most recognised brands.

Applications close on Friday 8th August.

What you'll do

You'll be the operational heartbeat of the team—coordinating timelines, supporting key documents and board submissions, and managing communication across internal and external stakeholders.

You'll also

•    Support the Development team with admin, project coordination, reporting, and research

•    Assist with Board paper preparation and Capital Approval Committee documentation

•    Coordinate site visits and meetings, draft presentations and correspondence

•    Work across departments to ensure smooth project delivery and stakeholder engagement

•    Manage project documentation, data tracking and compliance

•    Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and legal teams on development projects.

About you and your skills

You'll have strong admin and project coordination experience and be confident using PowerPoint and Excel to bring insights to life.

You might not come from a traditional property background, but what sets you apart is you are passionate about property, your willingness to learn, your sharp eye for detail, and your ability to stay one step ahead in a fast-paced environment.

We're open to candidates from store operations backgrounds—especially those who've had exposure to maintenance, hold property and construction certificates, or property graduates looking to launch their careers.

You'll also:

•    Be confident, organised and calm under pressure

•    Excel at written and verbal communication

•    Be tech-savvy and systems-minded

•    Work well independently and collaboratively

•    Juggle competing priorities with maturity and poise

•    Have a curious mindset.
