Due to growth, we are looking for a new team member. This is a new role that will cover all property management and office support tasks. We are based in Woolloongabba and pride ourselves on our customers experience. SKILLS REQUIRED

Real Estate Registration

Reliable, punctual and mature minded

Excellent computer skills

Great telephone manner and team player

The ability to work autonomously and with a team

Strong organisational skills

Excellent time management

Attention to detail

Can do attitude

Flexibility

Initiative and self motivation

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE (but are not limited to)

Working with perspective tenants

Arranging appointment times

Front office administration

Showing of properties

Liaising with landlords and tenants

Entry condition reports

Maintenance

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

At least 1 year rental experience

Drivers licence

No Saturday or after hours work

Flexible hours

Ability to move from role to role

ABOUT YOU

You should be well presented with a strong work ethic. It is essential you are a team player, and love a fast paced small office where no two days are the same One day you will do reception all day, then the next you may be organising maintenance or showing a property.

You will be responsible for the day to day of assisting our team of Property Managers and our office This would suit all types and we are open to working hours that suit you and our team

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- Flexible hours

Ability to commute/relocate:

- East Brisbane, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
