A position has become available for a full-time Junior Office/Administration Assistant to join our office in South Perth.

Job tasks and responsibilities

The duties include, but not limited to;

Client / Underwriter relations

Managing phone calls

Data entry / processing

Daily banking, filing and scanning

Handling of incoming and outgoing mail

Assisting the team with support duties as required

Skills and experience

Applicants must demonstrate the following;

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Service and client focus orientation

High level of efficiency and accuracy

Excellent organisational skills

Computer literacy, in particular to Microsoft products

Self motivation, punctuality and reliability – the ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
