About Us

Absolute Hydraulic and Civil is an established and well-respected commercial plumbing company based NOR delivering high-quality services across residential and commercial projects throughout Western Australia. With a strong pipeline of work, we are now looking for a motivated Junior Administration Assistant to join our office team and support our tradespeople and management.

The Role

As a Junior Administration Assistant, you will play an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Assisting with preparation of quotes, and purchase orders
  • Scheduling and coordinating jobs for our plumbers
  • Data entry into our job management system (full training provided)
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and site staff
  • General administration support to management and the office team

About You

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn. Ideally, you will have:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude with attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Previous admin experience (preferred but not essential)
