Due to rapid growth, Genus Infrastructure is seeking a Junior Mobilisation Officer to join our friendly and supportive team in Belmont.

The Role

The successful candidate will have administration experience working with project teams in a fast-paced environment in the utilities/construction or resource industries.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting directly to the Project Manager, assist in coordinating and carrying out the day-to-day administrative tasks to help the project team achieve company and project goals. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and mobilisation of personnel.
  • Booking pre-employment medicals, collecting licences, tickets and qualifications by site requirements.
  • Updating and maintaining the training matrix to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Cross-checking time sheet submissions for blue-collar personnel using definitiv.
  • Booking and managing flights and accommodation.
  • Paid on-call weekend support where required during peak mobilisation periods.
  • Assist with ADHOC duties as required.
What you will bring to the team
  • Minimum 1+ years customer service or administration experience
  • A flexible outlook, with a willingness to learn.
  • Accurate data entry & strong attention to detail skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
