Qualified Support Worker – North West Metro

Bethanie Community delivers a wide range of home support services across Geraldton, Perth, and the South West. From personal care and domestic assistance to gardening, respite, and social programs, we help clients live independently and with dignity in their own homes.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and flexible Qualified Support Worker to join our team in the North West Metro region, servicing suburbs including Scarborough, Mt Claremont, Glendalough, Osborne Park, and Tuart Hill.

What We Offer

  • Permanent part-time role with a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours/week
  • Shifts available Monday to Friday between 8:00am – 3:00pm
  • Weekend availability preferred
  • Travel allowance of $0.92/km when using your own vehicle

Your Role

  • Deliver professional support services including:

  • Personal care

  • Domestic cleaning
  • Laundry and food preparation
  • Leisure and lifestyle activities
  • Maintain clean, safe, and hazard-free living environments
  • Document care outcomes accurately
  • Provide respectful and compassionate care to clients

About You

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (essential)
  • Experience in Aged Care or Community Care
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Committed to client safety and wellbeing
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Current Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
  • Willing to receive required vaccinations (1x COVID, annual flu)
