What We're Looking For

We're currently hiring male support workers for our South-Eastern Participants.

For consideration, the following is required

  • Experience or Willingness to Supporting clients with complex behaviours
  • Good availability and able to fill shifts.
  • Reliable Vehicle and License
  • NDIS and WWC or willingness to obtain
  • Willingness to complete mandatory and upskilling training
  • A good, reliable and friendly approach to care and communication

Highly Regarded (but not essential)

  • Experience with personal care or behaviour support
  • Certificate III or above in Disability or Individual Support
  • Flexible availability

Shift types available:

  • Day
  • Afternoon
  • Night (active and sleepover)
  • Weekends and public holidays
