About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Administration professional to join our team at Phase Electrical Contracting Group Pty Ltd in our Caringbah, NSW 2229 office. This part-time opportunity will see you providing critical administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our business operations.
What you'll be doing
- Providing a wide range of administrative duties including data entry and general office support
 - Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
 - Assisting with the preparation of invoices, quotes, certificates and other documentation as required
 - Organising and maintaining electronic accounting systems and programs such at Zero and Service M8
 - Supporting the team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
 
What we're looking for
- Some experience un administrative or clerical role, ideally within the Administration & Office Support industry would be a plus.
 - Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
 - Communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
 - A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
