ABOUT THE COMPANY

Manufacturing and Service company specialising in cranes, hoists and winches with Nationwide operations is seeking an Administration/Payroll to join the Ingleburn, Sydney team.

ABOUT THE JOB

· Accurately processing payroll data

· Prepare and reconcile payroll notes

· Work closely with the Payroll officer/Finance team to process payroll data accurately and timely

· Processing Service Technicians time sheets for payroll

· Filing of emails – incoming/outgoing

· Archive filing

·       General Office day to day duties and administration for these Service teams

· Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation

· Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails

· Maintaining and organising electronic and physical filing systems

· Providing customer service support to clients and stakeholders

· Performing other administrative duties as required

ABOUT YOU

· years of experience in Payroll process and Administrative duties.

· years of experience in a fast paced environment preferably manufacturing, industrial industry.

· Excellent communication skills

· Exceptional time management

· The ability to work autonomously

· Willing to learn

· Ability to multitask is a MUST

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

· Immediate start preferred.

· Location is in Moorlands, Ingleburn
