What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5+ years of cabinetmaking/joinery experience required

Proficiency with joinery machinery (panel saw, edgebander, hinge borer etc.)

Intermediate skills required for operating joinery machinery including panel saw, edgebander, and hinge borer

Ability to read from plans, complete cut-lists, and deliver precise, high-quality finishes

Factory and on-site experience – covering everything from start to finish (manufacturing through to installation)

Current driver's licence

Able to work confidently while unassisted

Strong communication and punctuality

Leadership qualities – act as a role model and mentor to our 2nd year apprentice

Positive attitude and a team-player mindset

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position

Preference given to candidates with formal trade qualifications, though demonstrated practical experience in cabinetmaking and joinery is accepted
