Seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor to join a privately owned and operated manufacturer of high-quality commercial and residential joinery, based south of the river.

Reporting to the Production Manager, Key Responsibilities for this role are:

- Work closely with the team and management to ensure all key targets are met
- Lead and build a committed teamwork environment, providing training, mentoring, and supervision to the team
- Implementation of LEAN manufacturing principles
- Embody and promote company values throughout the team
- Ensure OHS practices are adhered to
- Manage appropriate stock and inventory levels of all production materials

Key Requirements:

- Previous experience working/managing a team in a cabinetry environment
- Trade Qualified Cabinetmaker or relevant industry experience
- Natural ability to follow up and motivate a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- A commitment to safety and safe work practices
- Ability to lead by example and adapt quickly
- Any High-Risk tickets including Forklift will be highly regarded
