**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Service Technician to join the eKitchens' team in Forrestdale, WA. This full-time role involves providing high-quality repair and maintenance services for our clients' kitchen cabinet installations across the Perth metropolitan and South West area.

**What you'll be doing**
- Visiting client sites to diagnose and repair issues with kitchen cabinets, drawers and other accessories
- Carrying out preventative maintenance on kitchen cabinetry and furniture
- Communicating with clients and solving any concerns they may have alongside our Customer Success Representative
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- Maintaining service vehicles and ensuring it is well-stocked with the necessary tools and parts
- Collaborating with the workshop team to ensure a seamless service experience for clients
- Adhering to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience as a cabinetmaker, with at least 5 years' experience in cabinetry installation
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities to identify and resolve a wide range of issues
- Customer service-focused approach with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team
- A current driver's licence
- Ability to work efficiently and safely on client sites

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
