Cabinetmakers

We're looking for skilled and dependable Cabinetmakers to join our production team in the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture custom cabinetry to a consistently high standard
  • Interpret plans and job sheets with accuracy
  • Work autonomously or collaboratively, depending on job flow
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Ensure production targets and quality benchmarks are met

Role-Specific Requirements:

  • Trade qualification and proven cabinet-making experience
  • Precision, attention to detail, and pride in your craft
  • Positive attitude and ability to follow instructions
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

Cabinet Installers

We're also seeking experienced Cabinetry Installers for on-site work — positions available for both full-time employment and subcontractor arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately install custom cabinetry in residential and commercial settings
  • Interpret and work from technical drawings and site plans
  • Operate efficiently on-site, either independently or in a small crew
  • Coordinate with factory and site supervisors to ensure smooth installations
  • Represent the company professionally with clients and site teams

Role-Specific Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in cabinetry installation
  • Physically capable of manual handling tasks
  • Willingness to obtain police clearance when required
  • For subcontractors: Must provide current Workers' Compensation and Public Liability insurance
