About the Role
At Blue Bungalow, our Customer Experience Team is at the heart of everything we do. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll help create exceptional experiences for our online community - from answering enquiries and offering styling advice to ensuring every interaction is smooth, friendly, and personal. You'll play a key role in delivering the warm, genuine service and meaningful connections that Blue Bungalow is known for.
Flexible hours: 30-38hrs p/week, worked across 8.00am - 5.00pm, Mon-Fri
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Delivering efficient, friendly, and personalised responses to a wide range of enquiries across phones, email, live chat, and social media.
- Providing styling and sizing advice to help customers find the perfect fit and feel confident in their purchase.
- Updating customer profiles - including addresses, amending orders, facilitating returns, and efficiently processing new orders.
About You
We are looking for a vibrant, customer-focused fashion enthusiast who genuinely enjoys creating exceptional customer experiences. You thrive on delivering interactions that go above and beyond, and you're a collaborative team player who flourishes in a fast-paced, dynamic, and beautiful Head Office environment.
To be a great fit for this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment.
- Tech-savvy skills, with experience in Gorgias highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing, with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
- A passion for styling and fashion, ideally supported by experience in fashion retail.
