The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Exercise Physiologist who is motivated, self-directed, and passionate about delivering high-quality exercise interventions.

This full-time role offers:

An established caseload with a strong referral base (from our gym and external sources)

What You'll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored exercise programs
  • Provide rehabilitation and chronic disease management services
  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with other professionals
  • Support our social media and marketing initiatives through engaging content
  • Collaborate closely with your team to achieve shared goals
  • Deliver both in-person and telehealth consultations (where required)

Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in chronic pain management and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in chronic pain management and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
  • Knowledge or interest in sports injuries, strength and conditioning
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A self-motivated, driven professional who thrives in a team environment
  • Experience with telehealth consultations (desirable)

  • ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist (current registration)
  • DVA and WorkCover registered
  • Professional indemnity insurance
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
