ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Insite Service Desk Consultants are where the 'rubber hits the road' for our customers' experience. We are responsible for the management and provision of service requests for some of Autsralia's most trusted banks, institutions and government departments. Every day is different, so you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise and provide a range of support to our customers and the wider team to ensure smooth operations.

This role contributes to building and maintaining value in the delivery of Insite's Managed and Professional services. As a Gold Partner with Telstra and working towards being recognised as a Cisco Premium Integrator, our Service Desk Consultants have the opportunity to work with everchanging technology. Every team member has impact on longer-term service delivery and process improvements to empower Insite and our customers to Thrive and Grow into the Future.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound and outbound communication with customer via phone and email
  • Processing service requests through a ticketing system/CRM in accordance to our SLA's
  • Fulfilment of hardware and service orders efficiently and timely
  • Order processing of new mobile, voice and data connections
  • Coordinating third parties to attend site for equipment installation and/or troubleshooting
  • Provide remote troubleshooting support for fixed line and internet issues
  • Completing a number of Telstra orders including sim replacements, mobile plan changes, fixed line and internet orders
  • Provide service in line with SLA's
  • Initiating troubleshooting with end users for Network, Telephony and Mobile faults
  • Operating out of a CRM system where all customer communication will be recorded by creating or updating tickets
