The Opportunity

We are working with a client in the Financial Services space, assisting them in managing a large and complex portfolio of work and are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join the team. This is a contract role with an ASAP start.

This role will see you working with multiple project managers and tasks will include assisting with the collation of status reports, risks and issues logs, steering committee reports, taking and distributing minutes and agendas and assisting with the overall running of the projects and the portfolio.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Project Coordinator ideally in financial services
  • Experience with finance reporting and budget reporting would be highly regarded
  • Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
