Park Maintenance Labourer

Workfast are looking for Park Maintenance labourers for a project in Commonwealth Park Canberra ACT.

  • 6:30 am - 2:36 pm, Immediate start
  • $33.47 per hour + OT + super

What you will be doing:

  • Driving to different locations
  • Will work within the watering team OR park maintenance team
  • Soft landscaping (mulching, planting, minor landscaping etc)
  • Brush cutting, mowing lawns and general site clean up
  • Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding duties
  • Complete ad hoc duties as assigned by the site supervisor

What you need:

  • Full working right in Australia
  • Cert in Horticulture - Highly advantageous
  • Previous Turf Experience - Beneficial
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality
  • Excellent health & safety behaviours and physically fit
  • Professional work ethic
  • Customer-focused & excellent attention to detail
  • Previous gardening and landscaping experience is beneficial

  • Physically fit
  • White card
  • Asbestos ticket
  • Manual Drivers Licence
