Workfast is looking for an experienced MR Driver for a project in Commonwealth Park, Canberra, ACT. This role involves soil removal and redistribution, along with other park maintenance duties. If you are reliable, physically fit, and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you You must be willing for labouring duties as part of the job. 

  • 6:30 am - 2:36 pm, Immediate start
  • $35.27 per hour + OT + super

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Drive an MR truck to various locations within Commonwealth Park
  • Soil removal and redistribution – manage and transport soil for park maintenance projects
  • Ensure the vehicle is in good working condition, reporting any issues or faults.
  • Ability to perform repetitive and at times physically demanding duties
  • Ensure the safe handling and transportation of materials throughout the site

What You Need:

  • Manual MR Driver's License (mandatory)
  • White Card
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality
  • Physically fit and capable of manual labour, especially for soil removal and redistribution
  • Professional work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to provide a clear driving record
  • Excellent health & safety behaviours
