I'm going to preface by stating we are looking for full time weapons that want to get their hands dirty, get in the trenches with us and join the front line in helping to transform the lives of men across Australia. We are on the lookout for men hungry to build something with us all whilst building themself personally and professionally. We are seeking a passionate and hungry Co-Coach to join our team. This is a fully remote position, ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a flexible environment and wants to be part of a movement bigger than himself.

Chances are you've seen our ads on Instagram. Mike Petersen and MPT Aus Pty Ltd are hiring Co-Coaches to help with fulfilment of our increasing client demands. We're on the lookout for another world class coach to come in at the ground floor and be part of our company expansion.

We are more than just a premier men's transformation company. We are a MOVEMENT dedicated to helping everyday men get in exceptional shape and significantly improve their quality of life whilst building the habits, mindset knowledge and ability to maintain (and even build upon) their results for life - All NATURALLY might I add. Long story short, we want to REBUILD men from the ground up

Using our proven training and nutrition systems, we empower our clients to make lasting changes they never believed they could make through our expert coaching system with a personalized touch.

You will work with clients on a minimum a 12-week basis designed to be PHASE 1 in rebuilding them mentally and physically.

Training and initial nutrition plans will be put together by our Head Coach and Founder - Mike Petersen. From there, you will be guiding them through weekly check-ins on the phone and providing consistent support through chats to ensure their transformation journey is successful.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
