Casual Video Editor (Remote)

We're looking for a Casual Video Editor to join our team and help us produce engaging short-form content.

How It Works

  • All editing tasks are listed in a central spreadsheet.
  • Each task includes footage links and a brief.
  • To take on a task:
  • Add your name next to the task you're working on.
  • Record the time taken to complete it.
  • Upload the final edit into the designated folder and link it back in the sheet.

Output Expectations

  • TikTok / Reels (short-form): 2–3 edits per hour.
  • Short-form podcast episodes: ~1 edit per hour.

Style & Quality

  • Clean, sharp edits with smooth pacing.
  • High-quality audio.
  • Captions/subtitles where needed.
  • Optimized for vertical (9:16).

Payment

  • Rate: $10 AUD per hour.
  • Paid at the end of each month once timesheets are submitted and approved alongside completed work.
