Are you ready to stop building someone else's business and start building your own? We're looking for a Lead Designer with a co-founder's mindset to join us in a true partnership.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the creative vision for a portfolio of growing brands, with your income directly tied to the success you help create. You'll work alongside the founder and be supported by a growing business development team of four account managers. This team, targeted to expand to 15 during the 2025 financial year, will promote the visual communication design solutions your department provides, fuelling the growth of the design business that you are responsible for.

Your Role as Lead Designer

As a key partner, you will be the creative leader of, our central design and AI communication agency. You will be responsible for:

  • Driving the creative direction for four distinct brands.
  • Working directly with a high volume of design requests from a growing network of independent sales consultants.
  • Shaping the agency's creative strategy, operational workflow, and service offerings.

This is a hands-on role with significant creative and strategic influence. We need a partner who is passionate about creating high-impact visual communication and ready to take full ownership of the design arm of our business.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, talented designer with a "skin in the game" mentality. You should have:

  • Exceptional Design Expertise: A strong portfolio showcasing your work in brand identity, digital design, and visual communication and demonstrating your understanding of the AI landscape and your vision for the best use of AI tools and the evolving integration of AI in the workplace.
  • A Strategic Mindset: The ability to translate business goals into powerful design solutions.
  • Drive and Initiative: You are a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and understands that your effort directly impacts your reward.
  • True Partnership Spirit: A desire to collaborate closely on a long-term vision, sharing both the challenges and the success.

The Reward

This is not a salaried position. You will be compensated through a performance-based revenue-sharing model. Your earning potential is uncapped—as the agency grows and we serve more clients, your revenue share grows with it.
