Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Lead Developer to help deliver modern solutions on SAP BTP and S/4HANA. You'll combine hands-on development expertise with leadership, client stakeholder management, and ensuring solutions are delivered to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development using BTP extension technologies: CAP, RAP, low-code/no-code platforms, Workflow Management
  • Oversee cloud integration across SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Set and enforce GitHub workflows, branching strategies, code review, and CI/CD practices
  • Drive S/4HANA user experience implementation
  • Deliver SAP Fiori projects (UI5, Fiori elements, OData Services, CDS Views, Embedded Analytics)
  • Translate workshop outcomes and business requirements into clear technical designs
  • Contribute to defining SAP Cloud strategy across BTP, SuccessFactors, Fieldglass, and Ariba
  • Support migration initiatives from on-premise to hyperscaler environments

Key requirements:

  • 10+ years in SAP development with strong experience in Fiori, UI5 and CAP
  • Experience with SAP BTP including RAP, Low code /No code platform Development and Workflow Management will be highly regarded
  • Experience migrating enterprise applications to hosted/cloud infrastructure
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
