Job description:

Focuses on managing and configuring the SAP SuccessFactors platform to automate, accelerate, and ensure compliance for payroll processes.

Key responsibilities include configuring payroll processes, collaborating with HR and clients, resolving data and integration issues, and working with the Employee Central and Global Payroll modules to meet business requirements and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Configuration and Implementation
    :
  • Configure and implement payroll processes within the SAP SuccessFactors Payroll module and Employee Central.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
    :

  • Work closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

  • Payroll Process Management
    :

  • Manage and optimize payroll run cycles, ensuring timely and efficient processing of payments.

  • Compliance and Auditing
    :

  • Ensure payroll processes comply with relevant HR and payroll regulations.

  • Issue Resolution
    :

  • Troubleshoot and resolve data, integration, or system issues impacting payroll and HR processes.

  • Integration
    :

  • Understand and support the integration of Employee Central Payroll with other SuccessFactors modules, such as Time Management and Benefits.

  • Reporting
    :

  • Utilize and develop reporting capabilities within the SuccessFactors platform to monitor and analyze payroll data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • SAP SuccessFactors Expertise
    : Deep knowledge of the SuccessFactors platform, particularly the Employee Central and Payroll modules.
  • Certifications
    : SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is often a mandatory requirement.
  • Implementation Experience
    : Proven experience with full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Domain Knowledge
    : Strong understanding of core HR and employee lifecycle management processes.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication
    : Excellent consulting, client-handling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Project Management
    : Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
