Responsible
for the data platform, including tooling integrations, security, access control, data classification/management, orchestration, self-service labs, observability, reliability, and data availability (ingestion)

Requisites:

  • 4+ years' experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
  • Min. 2 End-to-end EC Payroll implementations (requirements, workshops, build, testing, training, data migration).
  • Strong functional and technical expertise in SAP SF EC, EC Payroll, and/or HCM Payroll.
  • Knowledge in PA, OM, TM and integration within the SAP ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Activate, ASAP, Solution Manager.
  • Solid understanding of HR and payroll processes, time management, and compliance.
  • Experience supporting payroll execution in EC Payroll (preferred) or SAP HCM Payroll.

Desirable:

  • Experience in Payroll (Australia/UK/Europe).
  • Industry domain knowledge in HR/Payroll operations.
  • Exposure to global, multicultural project environments.
  • Proven ability to manage enhancements, reviews, and payroll-related deliverables.
