Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Insignia Financial Ltd Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Company description:

Insignia Financial Limited is an Australian financial services company which offers a range of products and services including financial advice, superannuation, investment management and trustee services

Job description:

  • Own high-impact initiatives across SAP SuccessFactors
  • Work across multiple modules and integrations
  • Drive real outcomes in a challenging, growth-focused environment

The opportunity to join our team

We're looking for a Senior SuccessFactors Analyst to take ownership of high-impact initiatives and shape how HR technology supports a wide reaching workforce. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll lead complex projects, manage critical integrations, and influence the delivery of HR solutions in a fast-paced, highly regulated financial services environment.

You'll work across almost every SuccessFactors module, including Employee Central, Performance, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, and Onboarding, while navigating integrations with HR, Finance, IAM, and Payroll systems. This is far from a narrow support role - you'll balance business-as-usual improvements with high-stakes, cross-functional projects, ensuring systems are optimised, compliant, and effective.

If you're looking for a role that offers challenge, visibility, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact, this is a chance to grow your expertise and advance your career.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the configuration, optimization, and enhancement of multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a strong focus on Employee Central
  • Manage complex integrations and act as the escalation point for critical issues, ensuring compliance with finance industry regulations
  • Collaborate with People & Culture, Risk & Compliance, Enterprise Technology, and external consulting partners to deliver innovative HR solutions
  • Support BAU activities, streamline workflows, and contribute to upgrades and testing cycles

What you will bring

  • Proven hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience across multiple modules, with strong configuration, integration, and troubleshooting skills
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, compliance, and regulations in a financial services environment
  • Leadership skills to guide initiatives, manage projects, and influence stakeholders without direct reports
  • Experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is a plus
  • Familiarity with JIRA, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence, and SAP ALM
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications preferred
