Role: Recruitment and Retention Administrative Coordinator
Are you resilient, persuasive, and passionate about helping people find flexible work opportunities? At IVE Distribution, we're on the lookout for a confident and driven individual to join our Recruitment & Retention team.
This isn't your typical customer service role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our national network of catalogue distributors thriving. From first contact to first contract, you'll guide applicants through the journey of becoming active distributors, ensuring we have the right people in the right areas, week after week.
About the RoleAs a Recruitment and Retention Coordinator, that we refer to as a Distribution Admininstrative Coordinator, you'll be engaging with individuals who've expressed interest in becoming distributors. Your role is to convert applicants into active distributors by showcasing the benefits of working with IVE, identifying where we need new distributors, and supporting them through their onboarding journey.
You'll be working across multiple systems and channels from phone, chat, and internal platforms in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Your conversations will often require empathy, energy, and a knack for turning hesitation into motivation.
What You'll Be Doing-
Handling inbound, outbound calls and chat, to connect with prospective distributors.

Converting applicants into active distributors by clearly communicating expectations and the benefits of the distribution.

Having honest, solution-focused conversations, even when the work might not sound glamorous.

Analysing geographic data to identify gaps in our national distribution network and prioritising recruitment accordingly.

Accurately updating systems and tracking progress to ensure seamless handovers and visibility across teams.

Collaborating with other departments to ensure we meet weekly distribution needs.

Supporting the wider Distribution Network Team with general coordinator tasks as needed

Experience in recruitment, sales, or high-volume customer service environments.

Confidence in having persuasive conversations and overcoming objections.
-
A resilient and adaptable mindset, you keep going when others might give up.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess data to make recruitment decisions.

Comfortable switching between systems and managing multiple communication channels.

Ability to work on-site full-time, with occasional off-site recruitment when needed.
