Our client URGENTLY requires a Project Support Officer for a 36 months + Contract in Buderim.

The Project Support Officer will utilise a broad range of computer software programs and information management systems and databases to provide high level support services to project managers and/or team members which enhance the timely and effective delivery of project/s, ensuring compliance with appropriate legislation, organisational policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage document control systems to ensure accurate filing, version control and timely retrieval of project and corporate documentation.
  • Controlled access and distribution of sensitive documents, ensuring confidentiality and appropriate permissions across departments and stakeholders.
  • Coordinated document workflows, tracking submissions, approvals, and revisions to support efficient project delivery and communication.
  • Administered electronic document management systems (EDMS) such as SharePoint, DMS, InEight, or similar platforms including training and support.

Government experience would be highly advantageous.
