Key responsibilities
• Research and prepare a range of high-level project documentation, including briefing notes, reports, and submissions.
• Identify and recommend changes to existing practices and procedures to further develop project support processes.
• Undertake high level data analysis and project performance reporting to provide the project team with relevant and accurate information.
• Develop project schedules and regularly monitor and report on project budget, schedule / and resource usage against key performance measures.
• Manage and/or assist project activities to support project manager(s) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) - including industry briefings, risk workshops, training activities and project openings.
• Review and analyse incoming and outgoing project correspondence and documentation to identify issues and risks for inclusion in the appropriate registers.
• Ensure all project support activities, including establishment, maintenance, review and close off, are undertaken in line with relevant guidelines, policies and protocols.
• Undertake other duties relevant to the competency level of the position as required.
Mandatory qualifications and conditions
• Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
