About the Role

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be the face of our store — leading your team with energy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring every guest leaves with a full belly and a big smile. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, build a high-performing crew, and help bring the Marrybrown brand to life, one meal at a time.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Lead, inspire, and coach your team to deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service.
  • Foster a positive and respectful team environment aligned with Marrybrown values.
  • Handle recruitment, training, performance management, and rostering.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently across all shifts.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards.
  • Implement and uphold brand standards and SOPs.

Customer Experience

  • Champion excellent guest service, resolving issues calmly and professionally.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service.

Financial Management

  • Drive sales and control costs (labour, food, inventory, wastage).
  • Monitor KPIs and P&L reports to ensure store profitability.
  • Manage cash handling, and daily reconciliations.

Brand & Community

  • Promote the Marrybrown culture and values in-store and within the local community.
  • Support marketing initiatives and local store promotions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
