About the role

Permanent part time opportunity to support the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) with collecting results, collating Current Encounter Charts, assisting in the updating of data and sending of MDT summaries. Provide administrative and operational support to the Women's and Newborns MDT Coordinator.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Ensure all patient information required for discussion at all WNS MDT meetings are available and timely by informing appropriate departments of results required and locating / collecting patient records.
  • Manage, distribute, and sort appropriate correspondence for the area.
  • Ensure all "Clinical" questions are referred to the appropriate clinical area/clinician or supervisor.
  • Comply with district-wide policies and procedures available and the policies and work practice guidelines specific to the position.
