ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a passionate Receptionist to join our busy clinic in Shenton Park on a fulltime/ Part time basis.

It will be between the hours 8.30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on weekends.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in General Practice administration highly desirable
  • Experience in Best Practice software is advantageous
  • Strong customer service skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills and thrives in a dynamic team
  • Strong communication skills as you will be regularly speaking to doctors, patients families, hospital and other referring agents
  • Passionate about general office administration and reception duties.

DUTIES

  • Front desk administration (answering phones, making appointments, processing claims and payments)
  • Liaise with patients and their families, GPs, other health professionals and their staff in a compassionate manner
  • Scanning and updating all patient related correspondence
  • All general reception, administrative and medical support duties as required
  • Provide ongoing support to GP, Practice Nurse and Practice Manager as required
