Part-Time Medical Receptionist Location: Central Osborne Park

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our close-knit team. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a supportive and patient-focused environment.

Hours:

  • Mondays and Thursdays
  • Flexibility required to cover staff sick leave and annual leave

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven ability to work under pressure, both independently and collaboratively
  • Administrative experience, preferably within a medical setting
  • Proficiency in Best Practice software
  • Knowledge of Medicare billing and Tyro payments
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong integrity with a compassionate, patient-focused approach
  • Excellent computer literacy and accurate typing skills
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities
  • First Aid Certificate (preferred but not essential)
