Executive Assistant to Social Media/ Content creator/ Mum of 3. You will support both the professional and personal aspects of her life. The role is dynamic, people-facing, and requires emotional intelligence, adaptability, and initiative. You will help with content production, admin, brand relationships, and logistical organisation. You will also help coordinate family life where needed, from extracurricular scheduling to light support with the children during work-related activities.

Executive and personal assistant tasks, including but not limited to scheduling, email

  • Management and calendar coordination for both work, kids extra-curricular and family admin.

  • Booking appointments

  • Organising hair and makeup for events

  • Actively reaching out to brands when needed

  • Communication with brands, agencies, and collaborators

  • Attending shoots and providing on-set aid

  • Travel with client both interstate and overseas. All costs including flights and accommodation will be covered

  • Creative collaboration and filming of content.

  • Assist with filming, editing and photography when needed

  • Actively across emerging trends on social media platforms which would work for the client and her platform.

  • Maintain content calendar & set reminders

  • Be on calls with client to brands, taking notes

  • Keep spreadsheet of what's due, invoice tracking, and deadlines Personal and family life aid

  • Assisting with errands e.g. Post office pick ups/drop offs, grocery shop, item pick-ups from places

  • Helping pack for trips, outfit planning, helping organising family outings, birthday parties, and vendors.
