Hello Potential Candidate

Lykos Insurance are expanding We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our General Insurance team in Sydney.

Main objectives

  • Manage and take responsibility for a sizeable & well-established portfolio
  • Organise and attend client meetings
  • Assisting the company Director on larger accounts with gathering underwriting information and marketing renewals
  • Work strategically within a structured support system (debtors, in house claims team, marketing etc)
  • Strengthening relationships with underwriters and other suppliers
  • Staying abreast of industry amongst the insurance market and clients' industry sectors
  • Contribute to team growth in a firm that values professional development and career ascension.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years general insurance brokerage experience
  • Experience with Steadfast platforms a bonus (ie. Insight, SCTP)
  • This role offers high autonomy and requires a self-starter mindset.
  • Professional presentation and diplomatic communication style to engage with a variety of stakeholders.

Industry Qualifications

  • Tier 1 qualification at a minimum
  • University degree or further industry qualifications are highly regarded.
