We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to provide our team with essential support and general administrative assistance. **Primary Objective**

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Undertaking thorough and due diligence in assessing the cost and risk implications and incorporating them into the tender cost, or by way of qualifications and clarifications
- Managing procurement activities, including the preparation of scopes of work, contract bidding and negotiation
- Assistance in monitoring and tracking project expenditures against the budget
- Demonstrated understanding of Principal Contractor WHS requirements, including the creation and review of SWMS, inductions etc.
- Supporting the director with day-to-day tasks upon request
- Reaching out to potential clients and following up on leads, as well as preparing quotes in accordance with client’s requirements
- Conduct client selection process in accordance with the contract, with the assistance of the Director and CA
- Negotiating changes and variation orders

- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, clients and colleagues

**Mandatory**
- Minimum of 2 years of construction experience in Australia
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an EA or similar role
- Proven experience in completing tendering processes for residential projects
- Ability to liaise and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Keen attention to detail with a commitment to quality
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, simply and succinctly with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in working with PC/Mac and all MS Office suite products

**Desirable**
- Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Project Management or related field
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and remain focused under pressure
- Intermediate and/or comprehensive understanding of the processes involved in Residential Construction
- Well-developed administrative and computer literacy skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to tailor interactions to suit various clientele

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $122,000.00 per year
