Clarendon Homes, part of the well-respected Campbell Property Group (CPG), is on the lookout for a motivated and passionate New Home Sales Consultant to join our team in Kinma Valley (Morayfield), QLD.

What You'll Do
- Engage & Impress: Welcome visitors to our display homes and create unforgettable first impressions
- Build Relationships: Develop strong, lasting connections with potential buyers, understanding their unique lifestyle needs and budget
- Showcase & Sell: Present Clarendon's stunning home designs and inclusions, matching the right home to the right buyer
- Generate Leads: Be proactive in driving business through networking, referrals, online platforms, and local community engagement
- Guide Clients: Take clients through the entire sales journey, from their first inquiry all the way to contract signing
- Collaborate: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to the build phase

About You
You're a go-getter with a passion for real estate and a knack for building relationships. You'll bring:
- Previous experience in sales (preferably in new homes, real estate, or a customer-focused role)
- A proven ability to smash sales targets and hit goals
- Strong communication skills with a natural flair for negotiation and persuasion
- A customer-first mindset, able to quickly build trust and rapport
- Motivation, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Availability to work Thursday to Monday, including weekends
