Your Qualifications and Experience:

Demonstrated stability in previous roles, showcasing your commitment to long-term career development.

  • Familiarity with building terminology and the ability to understand plans and contour surveys.

Your Duties:

  • Engage with clients, developers, agents, and staff to facilitate seamless communication.
  • Guide clients through the contractual process of building a new home or investment.
  • Resolve concerns related to construction and contractual matters.

Your Skills:

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting site plans, technical drawings, contour plans, and estimates.
  • Strong time and self-management skills.
  • A dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Possession of a current and valid driver's licence.
  • Computer literacy.
