We're seeking a visionary Pastry Chef to lead our pastry program and elevate our signature offerings.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute extraordinary pastries, plated desserts, confections and high‑tea items.
- Lead pastry kitchen operations, set standards and mentor junior pastry staff.
- Blend traditional techniques with avant‑garde methods to create seasonal menus and limited‑edition pieces.
- Oversee quality control, portioning, costing and plating consistency.
- Source premium ingredients and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Contribute to menu design, product development and in‑store tasting events.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high‑end patisserie, patisserie-focused café or fine‑dining environment.
- Mastery of advanced pastry techniques, chocolate work, sugar artistry and plated desserts.
- Strong aesthetic sense, flavour pairing skills and attention to detail.
- Leadership and mentoring experience; ability to manage a busy kitchen team.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Culinary or pastry qualification preferred.
