About the role
We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bistro & Gaming Staff at the Warrnambool RSL Sub Branch. This permanent part-time role will lead to a Supervisors position for the right applicant. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a vibrant hospitality environment, providing high-quality service to our valued patrons. The successful candidate will work in both our bistro and gaming areas, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering exceptional customer service in our bistro, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a clean and well-maintained dining area
- Assisting customers in our gaming area, providing a friendly and attentive experience
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant gaming and liquor regulations
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue
- Assisting with other operational tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or gaming environment with current RSG & RSA tickets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Familiarity with gaming and liquor licensing regulations
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
