About the role
We are looking for two skilled Roster Coordinators for our Disability Services Rostering Team based at Mulgrave to coordinate the rostering of services for our SDA's and Disability Direct Care clients.
One position is full time ongoing, and the other is fulltime 12-month fixed term position.
In this role you will be
- Develop and maintain staff rosters, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Handle scheduling conflicts and adjust as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, and regulations.
- Communicate roster changes and updates to staff in a timely manner.
About you
You will be an excellent communicator dealing with a diverse range of clients and staff. You will be able to 'think on your feet' to resolve issues as they arise, and you will have a strong attention to detail.
Skills and Experience required
- Tertiary qualifications in Disability or related discipline desired but not essential
- Proven experience in roster coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children's Check
