About the role

As a Roster Coordinator at VMCH, you'll be responsible for creating and managing rosters that ensure clients receive high-quality care tailored to their needs. You'll coordinate support worker availability, respond to service requests, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with the Team Leader and support staff, you'll help solve scheduling challenges, support business growth, and provide excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create and manage rosters that match client needs, preferences, and support worker locations.
  • Coordinate support worker availability and fill unallocated shifts promptly.
  • Support staff with client and shift queries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients and case managers.

About you

  • Strong experience with rostering software applications
  • Previous experience in the Aged and Community Care
  • Proven ability to efficiently manage client schedules
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-developed organisational skills, with a strong capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial
  • Current Police check required
