Complex Care Disability Support Worker with Nursing experience

Sweet Care Disability Support Services is seeking an experienced and reliable Disability Support Worker with nursing experience to provide one-on-one complex care for a participant based in Melton, VIC.
This role involves delivering consistent, high-quality care across a rotating roster (mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays). We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, and committed to person-centred care.
MUST HAVE – Do Not Apply Unless You Meet ALL Criteria
- Nursing experience (Registered/Enrolled Nurse or extensive clinical care experience).
Proven experience working with clients requiring:
Ventilator support
- PEG tube feeding
- Cough suctioning
- Medication administration
- Hoisting/manual handling
- Personal hygiene support
- Cert IV in Disability or Individual Support.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
- Working with Children Check (Victoria).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- National Police Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Reliability and commitment to rostered shifts is essential.
