Where You Fit

We're looking for a commercially astute Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our brands service lines (Care Plans, Connect, marketing/lead-gen and tech-enabled delivery). You'll be the connector between service leads, marketing, technology, People & Culture and the CEO—turning strategy into clear plans, fixing bottlenecks, and building repeatable playbooks.

What Success Looks Like

  • Own day-to-day operational performance: track KPIs, surface risks, and close gaps with service leads.
  • Lift throughput, quality and cost efficiency using PDCA/Lean methods and root-cause analysis.
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards (services, marketing/lead gen, Connect, tech projects).
  • Partner with the Care Plans Lead to improve enrolments, timeliness, quality and outcomes.
  • Coordinate tech delivery with internal teams and vendors—on time, in scope, on budget.
  • Oversee marketing & Connect performance (lead volumes, conversion, CPL, customer journey).
  • Maintain compliance readiness: risk register, audit prep, privacy/security and contract obligations.
  • Support workforce planning and hiring with People & Culture; uplift accountability and cadence.
  • Steward ecosystem relationships (e.g., Proactive Primary Health) to ensure seamless hand-offs.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Proven success in operations leadership within healthcare or a regulated environment.
  • Track record delivering cross-functional programs (services, tech and/or commercial ops).
  • Strong analytical chops: KPI frameworks, dashboards, ROMI/conversion/throughput metrics.
  • Process design & continuous improvement toolkit (PDCA/Lean); confident running ops reviews.
  • Excellent stakeholder management; influence without authority; crisp written & verbal comms.
  • People leadership mindset—coaching, cadence, and clear accountability.
