We are assisting our client, a global leader in advanced electronic security and smart technology solutions, in recruiting an experienced Account Manager/ Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth across key vertical markets in NSW.

About the Role

As the Account Manager/ BDM, you will be responsible for expanding market share by building strong relationships with system integrators, security service providers, installers, consultants, and end-users. You will promote a full suite of solutions – including CCTV, intercom, alarms, access control, VMS, and digital signage – and deliver tailored outcomes across diverse sectors such as retail, commercial, residential, healthcare, education, logistics, and government.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and win new business opportunities with channel partners and end-users.
  • Manage sales pipelines and achieve revenue targets.
  • Present technical solutions and provide trusted advice to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong industry relationships.
  • Support projects from engagement through to delivery.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and training programs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' B2B sales experience in the electronic security industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, intercom, alarms, access control, VMS, and digital signage.
  • Proven track record of solution selling and closing high-value deals.
  • Established relationships with security integrators and end-users.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong planning, CRM, and self-leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel within NSW and occasionally interstate.
