Littomore Hotels & Suites is an independent growing accommodation brand in NSW. Duo to recent staff relocation, Littomore Suites Kingswood in Penrithis now seeking Front Office Receptionists on Full-time, Permanent Part-time or Casual basis to join our friendly team. Littomore Suites Kingswood, is a four-star apartment hotel next to Nepean Hospital.
The position involves all aspects of front office reception, include
- providing friendly customer service in responding to accommodation enquiries
- promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales
- processing reservations, invoices and charges accurately
- assisting both corporate and leisure guests, and ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk
The successful applicant will demonstrate
- a passion for customer service
- strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- multi-tasking skills
- strong attention to detail
- a high standard of personal presentation
Previous hotel/motel front office work experience is highly regarded. If you are seeking a long-term stable opportunity close to home in Western Sydney, please apply.
