Littomore Hotels & Suites is an independent growing accommodation brand in NSW. Duo to recent staff relocation, Littomore Suites Kingswood in Penrithis now seeking Front Office Receptionists on Full-time, Permanent Part-time or Casual basis to join our friendly team. Littomore Suites Kingswood, is a four-star apartment hotel next to Nepean Hospital.

The position involves all aspects of front office reception, include

  • providing friendly customer service in responding to accommodation enquiries
  • promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales
  • processing reservations, invoices and charges accurately
  • assisting both corporate and leisure guests, and ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk

The successful applicant will demonstrate

  • strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • multi-tasking skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • a high standard of personal presentation

Previous hotel/motel front office work experience is highly regarded. If you are seeking a long-term stable opportunity close to home in Western Sydney, please apply.
