Are you a people person with excellent communication skills and a knack for organisation? We're looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our business.

About the Role

As the first point of contact at Bayton Group, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of our business. You'll provide exceptional front-of-house service while supporting the day-to-day administration needs of a busy office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
  • Assisting with booking requirements and schedules
  • Handling mail, deliveries, and general office tasks
  • Providing administrative support to management and the operations team

About You

We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being the go-to person in the office.

You'll bring:

  • Previous reception or administration experience (desirable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and standard office systems
