This one's for the digital marketer who loves rolling up their sleeves, diving into campaigns and love seeing results yielded. It's absolutely perfect for someone who's been a key player (or even the only marketer) in a small team, and is now ready to step into a larger environment where you can grow, learn, and make an end-end impact.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other channels. Definitely one for the "analytically-minded"
  • Getting hands-on with website updates and marketing tech (CMS, landing pages, SEO tweaks).
  • Driving creative campaigns across social, digital, and content.
  • Analysing past performance, drawing insights, and making improvements.
  • Collaborating closely with a supportive manager who's hands-on and invested in your growth.

What they're looking for:

  • 3-5 years' experience in digital marketing - ideally across both paid and organic channels.
  • Someone who's been a "doer", so hands-on, results-driven, not just theory-based.
  • Comfortable juggling different parts of the marketing mix: ads, website, social, reporting etc.
  • Analytical mindset with a creative edge, you like testing, learning, and improving.
  • Eager to grow your skills in a supportive, collaborative team. This role could easily morph into something more performance related.
